My Casher is a bookkeeping companion operated by Numero Digital. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Numero Digital, and "you" means the person or business using the app. You can reach us at info@numero-digital.com.
My Casher lets you record business income and expenses, attach receipts and other evidence, organise records by category, and produce reports and exports for your accountant. Some features use automated tools to read receipts and suggest categories or tax treatment.
My Casher is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant, tax adviser or agent. Suggestions about categories, VAT or whether a cost is allowable are prompts to help you keep tidy records — they are not advice and may be wrong. You remain responsible for your returns and for any filing with HMRC. Always check anything material with a qualified adviser.
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including by colleagues you invite. Invited people can add and edit records for the business you invite them to, and entries are attributed to whoever made them.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter, including amounts, dates, business-use percentages and receipts. We do not verify your records, and automated readings of receipts can misread values.
Do not use My Casher to store unlawful content, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts used in these ways.
We aim to keep the service available and your records safe, and we take regular backups. We may carry out maintenance or change features. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we recommend you export your records periodically.
Records are kept until you choose to remove them. Archiving hides a record while keeping it available to restore. Deleting an attached receipt removes the file permanently.
Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe. Free access may be changed or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, tax penalties, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using My Casher at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your data. We may end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page; material changes will be highlighted in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
